1. "It took ages to arrive"
The store we checked states 5–10 business days within the EU and 10–20 business days elsewhere, possibly shipping from China. Fix: check the delivery estimate on the order page before you pay, and for Christmas order by late November. Shipping & returns →
2. "There was no charger in the box"
Per the store, StarNest runs on USB-C and the 5V/2A charger isn't included. Most phone chargers work – just have one ready, especially if it's a gift.
3. "It's not as bright as the ad"
Star projectors look best in a properly dark room on a plain ceiling. In a lit room any projector looks washed out. Fix: darken the room, keep it 2–3 m from the ceiling and refocus. Setup tips →
4. "Returning it cost me postage"
The store's policy is 14 days after delivery, with the customer paying return shipping. Know that before you buy, and test it as soon as it arrives.
5. "I got charged import fees"
Orders shipped from outside your country can attract duties. Check the total cost on the order page.
6. "I bought from a different StarNest shop"
